Chicken Yakisoba
Ingredients
- ΒΌ tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbs. chili paste
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/3-cup soya sauce
- 2 Tbs. Barbeque sauce
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1-cup cabbage, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 5 ounces soba noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
In a large skillet combine sesame oil, canola oil and chili paste. Fry briefly until heated. Add garlic and fry briefly. Add chicken and half of the soya sauce and cook until chicken cooked through. Remove the mixture from the skillet and set aside. Add the onion, cabbage and carrots to the skillet and fry until cabbage begins to wilt. Add the remaining soya sauce, Barbeque sauce and Worcestershire sauce, cooked noodles and chicken and mix to blend. Serve hot. |
